Meet the Pastors
Pastors Carroll & Victoria Smith
Carroll and Victoria became the pastors of Lighthouse in 2022. Victoria serves as the Senior Pastor and Carroll as the Administrative Pastor. For over twenty-five years they have served in ministry together. Their ministry began as Prayer Pastors, followed by Youth Ministers, then Senior Pastors. In 2009, they accepted state leadership positions with the Pentecostal Church of God where they served for thirteen years.Their pastoral ministry is characterized as one of hope, mercy, and restoration through the free gift of God's grace.
